Michael and I (more Mike than I to be honest) stripped it out and after every challenge we could think of and some we couldn't, needed to be addressed (structural cracks, rising damp, blocked sewage main, asbestos discovery...) Brandon Cottle of Cottle Construction did a good job in building it out.
