Very early design ideas were explored for this scheme in the Batoka Gorge just outside Livingston in Zambia. The site was on the edge of the Zambesi set up high, looking over the Zambesi, down stream of the Victoria Falls.

This would have been a very exciting project however the project did not proceed beyond early design ideas.
